Retard : A person born with a mental condition and therefore has to work a million times harder to be able to do simple things(such as learn and communicate)that we take for granted.
Thank you. After checking up on the dictionary, I think I am still not smart enough to critize whether someone is a retard or not.
I dont care of how well the mental condition you born with but you do have towork a million times harder to be able to learn some good attitude(such as being polite and no flaming)that we take for granted.
