studying English is important for future,
so we indirectly help the members to encourage them to chat with us in english

You should say:
It is raw(不熟識) for me to speak in English.

Sentence: It + verb to be( ex. is, am ,are ...) + Adj.(形容詞) + to-infintive + V1(現在式的動詞 ex. play, go...)

in adverb, there is only 1 word "sometimes"
